My trainer Fidel gave me a sheet to fill out for Breakfast, snack, lunch, snack, dinner and snack. I will turn the sheet into him and he will grade it and tell me what I need to fix. I love that because before I didn’t have to be accountable but now I know he’s going to check it, it makes me want to do good. I’ve actually have been enjoying my healthy food options. My weakness is fast food or eating at a restaurant. If I can stay away from these places, I would be fine. Or if I go to McDonald’s I won’t have to get the Double Cheeseburger meal but instead order a salad or wrap or something. I can do it. I believe in me.
I could devour that through the computer screen. I hope at the end of this journey I will not feel the same about Double Cheeseburgers.
