		<description><![CDATA[Today is our Halloween potluck here at work and we have everything. We have wings, hot dogs, nachos, chili, chicken tetrazzini, cake, brownies and much more. I told Fidel (My trainer) that I would be good and i&#8217;m definitely gonna try. It&#8217;s 10:39 am and i&#8217;ve already had a small brownie and a plates of nachos. We have wings, hot dogs, nachos, chili, chicken tetrazzini, cake, brownies and much more. I told Fidel (My trainer) that I would be good and i&#8217;m definitely gonna try. It&#8217;s 10:39 am and i&#8217;ve already had a small brownie and a plates of nachos. Definitely not brekfast food. I&#8217;m gonna try to eat small portions of the food I like to I don&#8217;t stuff myself. We will see how it works. I&#8217;ll keep you updated.</p>

		<description><![CDATA[It is 10/12/08 @ 12:06am and I am STARVING. I didn&#8217;t do to good or bad today. I was craving McDonald&#8217;s so instead of my regular double cheeseburger meal I opted for a cheeseburger happy meal. It did the job. 			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>It is 10/12/08 @ 12:06am and I am STARVING. I didn&#8217;t do to good or bad today. I was craving McDonald&#8217;s so instead of my regular double cheeseburger meal I opted for a cheeseburger happy meal. It did the job. And for dinner I had a 5inch Italian BMT on wheat from subway but that was around 6 o&#8217;clock. So 6 hours later. I&#8217;m starving. I have a thing for cereal at night but I don&#8217;t have any milk and my other late night staple is cheese toast. I have one foot in the bed and one foot out. The best thing to do would be to go to  sleep but i&#8217;m not sleepy and that&#8217;s because my stomach&#8217;s growling&#8230;.lol. Jesus help me make it through.</p>

I love that because before I didn&#8217;t have to be accountable but now I know he&#8217;s going to check it, it makes me want to do good. I&#8217;ve actually have been enjoying my healthy food options. My weakness is fast food or eating at a restaurant. If I can stay away from these places, I would be fine. Or if I go to McDonald&#8217;s I won&#8217;t have to get the Double Cheeseburger meal but instead order a salad or wrap or something. I can do it. I believe in me.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>I am on a journey to get healthy and fit. I have been about 30 pounds over weight since my had my son. He will be 7 in a couple of months so that tells you how long. I&#8217;m sick of being over weight and not being able to fit anything so I decided to enlist a personal trainer. I can&#8217;t do it alone. I met with my trainer Fidel on Monday and talked about getting started. I came back in on Wednesday for my assessment. I was so embarrassed. He measured my fat, pinched my stomach and arm fat with the fat pincher thing. He also took before pictures of me. Wow I am really doing the right thing because those pictures were despicable. He then went on to have me doing some exercises to see my strength. He kicked my butt. I was so tired and out of shape. I could hardly do a sit up on the stability ball. It was definitely tough but I think with persistence and dedication, I&#8217;ll accomplish my goal.</p>
